2. Let Only Starting from 8.5% (Rent collect Service)

One Time Admin Fee 2 weeks rent or minimum of  425.00, followed  monthly charge of 8.5% (Min 12 months contract)

Includes all the above (point 1) + monthly rent collection  

Contracts, monthly invoice if required, serving notices. 

Excluding any eviction paperwork/procedures and legal cost.

3. Full Management Starting from 10%

One Time Admin fee 2 weeks rent or minimum £425.00, followed by monthly charge 10% or Minimum £100.00

Includes all the above (point 1) + Full server management including free call outs and estimates for repairs and maintenance with invoices and tenant dispute handling including formal communication. 

Excluding any eviction paperwork/procedures and legal cost.
