3. Full Management Starting from 10%
One Time Admin fee 2 weeks rent or minimum £425.00, followed by monthly charge 10% or Minimum £100.00
Includes all the above (point 1) + Full server management including free call outs and estimates for repairs and maintenance with invoices and tenant dispute handling including formal communication.
Excluding any eviction paperwork/procedures and legal cost.

4. HMO Managemnt 13%
One Time Start up Fee of 2 weeks rent or minimum of £650.00 this includes H&S Check (H&S signs at extra cost and Floor plans at additional cost), Fire Risk Assessment and Notice Board, followed by monthly charge 13% (+ Tenent Find Fee as point 1 per unit/room)
Includes all the above (point 1) + Full server management including free call outs and estimates for repairs and maintenance with invoices and tenant dispute handling including formal communication. Excluding any eviction paperwork/procedures and legal cost.
